You can open camp here and be completely off-grid or you can park near our barn and have access to electricity and wifi. We also offer Glamping Overnights in Gypsy, an adorable tiny camper with a double bed, sofa, 2 burner cooktop and everything you need to have a comfortable stay while still having a camping experience! Glamping stays are still largely off-grid with a "Luggable Loo" and an outdoor Joolca shower (upon request). Our large 5m Bell Tent offers plenty of room whether you just want to stretch out or if you're traveling with family or friends. New for 2023 Creekside Chalets has added 3 Creekside Camping spots all with access to the North Fork of the South Arkansas creek that flows through the property. The sites are located in an aspen grove along the creek with a picnic table provided and room to park one vehicle up to 20 feet long and space for a tent. 30 amp power is provided to each site, a porta-potty within 250 feet and water from a camp spigot. The campsites are pet friendly, $30 per pet per stay, max 2 pets.

If the Arkansas River is not enough of a playground for you, you will be happy to know that you have an uninterrupted view of Mount Princeton and the Rocky Mountain Collegiate Peaks. We are also located 1/2 mile from some of the most famous mountain biking trails the USA offers. Mount Princeton Hot Springs are a beautiful 10.5 mile (15 min) drive away. Our campground offers a dreamy Bathhouse with 5 glamoured showers and 5 bathrooms. We have (14) Yurt glamping sites and (2) Riverfront studio cabins. All sites have electricity (heaters included), parking, fire pits (unless we are facing a fire ban), and picnic table. This cozy campsite is just off Highway 24, only a few minutes from the charming town of Hartsel. You’ll be treated to stunning mountain views and unforgettable sunsets. Whether you’re into world-class fishing, hiking, or gravel biking, this spot has it all. Plus, the sunsets here are truly one-of-a-kind! You’re just 20 minutes from Fairplay and a little over an hour from Colorado Springs, making it a convenient escape. Before you pack your bags, be sure to check the fire ban status in Park County, as it can get a bit gusty. Enjoy your adventure! Just a heads-up, there are no trees on the lot, so there isn’t much shade during the day. The driveway is just dirt, but don’t worry—it’s Audi S5-approved, lol. Make sure to check out the image of the property layout so you can find your assigned spot and see where the driveway is. The image will also show a couple of hazards to watch out for. If you’re car or tent camping, be sure to pack some warm clothes for the evenings and have a cozy spot to sleep. Don’t forget the bug spray—it’s a must for any camping trip. Most importantly, have fun and enjoy a safe camping adventure! While the guidelines mention one car per site, you can definitely bring more friends! By paying a small additional fee, you can have up to two cars and four people per site. Enjoy your time with extra company! If you've never been to the area, get ready to be amazed, with over 2,500 square miles of public land, 700+ miles of singletrack trail and countless rivers, creeks and lakes to explore. Your glamping/camping site is unequaled on top of a ridge that overlooks the Arkansas Valley and the Town of Salida. You can open camp here and be completely off-grid or you can park near our barn and have access to electricity and wifi. We also offer Glamping Overnights in Gypsy, an adorable tiny camper with a double bed, sofa, 2 burner cooktop and everything you need to have a comfortable stay while still having a camping experience! Glamping stays are still largely off-grid with a "Luggable Loo" and an outdoor Joolca shower (upon request). Our large 5m Bell Tent offers plenty of room whether you just want to stretch out or if you're traveling with family or friends. The San Luis valley offers, hiking, mountain biking, ATV trail, Horse back riding, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, rafting, refuges for wildlife watching. New for 2024 the vault toilet is operational and shower will be coming soon.

Just a short drive east of our cabins is Salida, Colorado known as the ‘Gem of the Rockies’. This small but vibrant town offers a number of restaurants and shops as well as festivals and events throughout the year. New for 2023 Creekside Chalets has added 3 Creekside Camping spots all with access to the North Fork of the South Arkansas creek that flows through the property. The sites are located in an aspen grove along the creek with a picnic table provided and room to park one vehicle up to 20 feet long and space for a tent. 30 amp power is provided to each site, a porta-potty within 250 feet and water from a camp spigot. The campsites are pet friendly, $30 per pet per stay, max 2 pets.

If the Arkansas River is not enough of a playground for you, you will be happy to know that you have an uninterrupted view of Mount Princeton and the Rocky Mountain Collegiate Peaks. We are also located 1/2 mile from some of the most famous mountain biking trails the USA offers. Mount Princeton Hot Springs are a beautiful 10.5 mile (15 min) drive away. Our campground offers a dreamy Bathhouse with 5 glamoured showers and 5 bathrooms. We have (14) Yurt glamping sites and (2) Riverfront studio cabins. All sites have electricity (heaters included), parking, fire pits (unless we are facing a fire ban), and picnic table. This cozy campsite is just off Highway 24, only a few minutes from the charming town of Hartsel. You’ll be treated to stunning mountain views and unforgettable sunsets. Whether you’re into world-class fishing, hiking, or gravel biking, this spot has it all. Plus, the sunsets here are truly one-of-a-kind! You’re just 20 minutes from Fairplay and a little over an hour from Colorado Springs, making it a convenient escape. Before you pack your bags, be sure to check the fire ban status in Park County, as it can get a bit gusty. Enjoy your adventure! Just a heads-up, there are no trees on the lot, so there isn’t much shade during the day. The driveway is just dirt, but don’t worry—it’s Audi S5-approved, lol. Make sure to check out the image of the property layout so you can find your assigned spot and see where the driveway is. The image will also show a couple of hazards to watch out for. If you’re car or tent camping, be sure to pack some warm clothes for the evenings and have a cozy spot to sleep. Don’t forget the bug spray—it’s a must for any camping trip. Most importantly, have fun and enjoy a safe camping adventure! While the guidelines mention one car per site, you can definitely bring more friends! By paying a small additional fee, you can have up to two cars and four people per site. Enjoy your time with extra company! Make sure to review the image that outlines the property access and camp sites. Also if you use any sort of GPS it will pin the middle of the property.
